 Terms & Condition

 

1.    Both Male Female having domicile of Province of the Punjab can apply.

2.    Appointment is on adhoc basis for a period of one year (extendable subject to good performance) or till the availability of regular incumbent selectee of Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) whichever is earlier.

3.    Posts are Services Institute of Medical Sciences/ Services Hospital, Lahore specific non-transferable. No deputation will be permissible.

4.    Please attach copies of CV, attested copies of domicile, valid national ID card, 02 latest photographs and all educational certificates/degrees (from matric onwards) (in case of 'O' & 'A' Level qualifications equivalence certificate is compulsory). Copy of experience certificate(s)

5.    Furnish attested copies of MBBS/BS/BS.C Degree, attempt certificates/ result cards of all professionals/semesters (showing total obtained marks). Attested copy of Valid PMC/PMDC Registration Certificate showing all medical degrees / post- graduate qualifications therein. A copy of experience certificate issued by the PMBDC (where applicable).  Foreign qualifications/ experience must be recognized by PMC/PMBDC.

6.    Incomplete applications and applications received after closing date will not be entertained in any case.

7.    Age relaxation in upper age limit as per Govt. of the Punjab S&GAD notification i.e. 8 years for female candidates and 5 years for male candidates.

8.    Applicants must present original documents at the time of interview.

9.    Persons already in Govt. Service should apply through proper channel. Authority reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any level according to requirement.

The selection will be made an merit as per Rules/ Regulations of the Govt. of the Punjab.

Date and place of interviews will be communicated after short listing.

No TA/DA will be admissible.
