Citizen Portal stops Working?

 

Prime Minister Imran khan Launched the Prime Minister citizen Portal back in 2018 to register a complaint against any department of the Government while sitting at home. This facility was of huge benefit for the public as 4 million applications/ complaints were registered out of which 2.5 Million were resolved successfully in 2 years. 

Now the New Government has taken its control and unannounced non functioning of the Citizen Portal and Punjab province Portal  has been placed.  The new Government has not shown any interest on this project of the previous government whose prime minister Imran khan claims that his government was changed because of a foreign invasion with the help of Local political parties. 

The Promotion and Duties of the Bureaucrats were linked with the performance on the resolution of the and feedback from the complainant on this Portal. 

According to the sources, the authorities says that if government orders to start working on the Citizen Portal, then we will start working on the  resolution of the citizens complaints.
