Self Defense Course Islamabad Capital Police

Self defense is a good technique to learn how to defend yourself and others from wrong doing of others and face criminal or save someone innocent from being suffering from Thieves and robbers or terrorists.

For this purpose different Institutions are teaching the skills of self defense just like Jujutsu Techniques for Girls and boys. Similarly Islamabad Police has taken an initiative of this kind to teach the male and female the self defense skills.

Admissions are open for Islamabad Capital Police "Self-Defense Classes" on limited seats. The new classes will start from October 10. Interested Male/Female citizens can call on the given contact numbers for admission. 

Self defense skills are important for development of AWARENESS & SELF CONFIDENCE.
