Time scale Promotion Federal Government Employee 2023

Special Dispensation for BPS-1-16 Notification issued by Finance Ministry Notifies 

All the employee from BPS-1 to BPS-16 will ne able to receive grant of special dispensation for the civil servants in the federal government for with effect from January 1, 2023.

Those who are availing Disparity Reduction Allowance are eligible to receive this Dispensation. 

The government employee from BPS-01 to BPS-05 will receive Two upper pay scales increment as a one-time dispensation if they have not availed of the time scale under the Time Scale Policy, 2022

BPS-06 to 15 will be granted the next higher pay scale as a one-time dispensation if they have not availed time Scale under Time Scale Policy-2022. However, their substantive pay scales will remain unchanged in all the above cases. 

Employees in BPS-16 will be granted one additional increment as a one-time dispensation.

This special dispensation shall not involve any upgradation of the posts

 The Post of Lower Division Clerk will be upgraded from BPS-09 to BPS-11 and the upper Division Clerk from BPS-11 to 13 along with the incumbent as Recruitment Rules will be amended.
