The finance Department Government of Punjab has issued a notification regarding the increase in the salary and pension of the government employees as announced in the budget speech of Punjab Government.

As per the Notification, the Government of Punjab has adopted the Federal Government's "Revised  Pay Scales and Allowances" with effect from 01-July-2022 and granted the following benefits to its civil employees:

A) Revised Basic Pay Scales 2022

1. Revision of Basic pay scales 2022/ Introduction of Revised Pay Scales 2022
2. Merging of all the previous Adhoc relief Allowances from 2016-2017-2018-2019-2021-
3. Fixation of the pay of existing employees 
4. Fixation of the pay on promotion.

 An international organization that monitors money laundering and terrorist financing, Financial Action Task Force (FATF), removed Pakistan from the gray list. 

The proceeding of the Financial Action Task Force held in Singapore under the chairmanship of T. Rajakumar. FATF president appreciated Pakistan which was in the gray list since 2018, the relevant authorities have implemented all 34 points on which he welcome Pakistan for this progress. 

However it will be the monitored by FATF because Pakistan has to further implement the Anti-Money Laundering and Terror Financing Law. 

 T Rajakumar l,  FATF Presidentsaid that Russia's FATF membership has been suspended due to the Ukraine war, and Congo, Mozambique and Tanzania are being added to the gray list.

 In the meeting, Pakistan's reports on the implementation of the action plan and the report of the FATF team's visit to Pakistan were discussed in detail. 

Because of all the efforts, amended the laws and implemented these laws in the fight against money laundering.

Getting rid of the gray list will have ramifications for Pakistan's economy, politics.

پیٹرول کی قیمتیں مفت آن بورڈ (ایف او بی) کی بنیاد پر صارفین کے لیے اگلے پندرہ روزہ نرخوں کے جائزے میں 20 روپے فی لیٹر کی کمی کی عکاسی کرتی ہیں، لیکن اس کے سستے ہونے کا امکان نہیں ہے کیونکہ حکومت اس پیٹرولیم مصنوعات پر ٹیکس کا ڈھیر لگا سکتی ہے اور ساتھ ہی ایکسچینج نقصان کی ایڈجسٹمنٹ بھی کر سکتی ہے۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ ڈیزل کی قیمت میں پی ایل میں اضافے کے بعد اگلے پندرہ دن میں اس میں نمایاں اضافہ دیکھا جا سکتا ہے۔ اس کی قیمت مزید بڑھ سکتی ہے اگر حکومت اس کی فروخت پر سیلز ٹیکس لگاتی ہے، جو پچھلے چھ ماہ سے منجمد ہے۔ تیل کے شعبے نے کہا کہ حکومت نے ابھی تک ایکسچینج نقصان کو ایڈجسٹ کرنا ہے، جو کہ پٹرول پر 23 روپے فی لیٹر اور ڈیزل پر 13 روپے فی لیٹر تھا۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ پندرہ دن کے دوران پیٹرول کی اوسط بین الاقوامی قیمت 103 ڈالر فی بیرل، ڈیزل 139 ڈالر فی بیرل اور خام تیل کی قیمت 97 ڈالر فی بیرل رہی جب کہ اوسط شرح مبادلہ تقریباً 217 روپے فی لیٹر تھی۔ 

ان کا کہنا تھا کہ بین الاقوامی مارکیٹ بالخصوص پیٹرول کی قیمتوں میں کمی سے صارفین کو فائدہ پہنچنے کا امکان نہیں ہے اور اگلے پندرہ ہفتے کے جائزے میں ڈیزل کی قیمت میں بڑا اضافہ ہوسکتا ہے۔ میڈیا رپورٹس کے مطابق، حکومت ڈیلرز اور ڈسٹری بیوٹرز کے مارجن جیسے دیگر چارجز کے علاوہ 10.5 فیصد جی ایس ٹی اور 30 ​​روپے فی لیٹر پی ایل وصول کرنے کا ارادہ رکھتی ہے۔ حکومت کو پی ایل کے طور پر 60 ارب روپے اور جی ایس ٹی کے طور پر 31 ارب روپے ماہانہ جمع کرنے کی توقع ہے۔ اس وقت پٹرول کی قیمت 233.91 روپے فی لیٹر، ڈیزل 244.44 روپے فی لیٹر، مٹی کے تیل کی قیمت 199.40 روپے فی لیٹر اور لائٹ ڈیزل کی قیمت 191.75 روپے فی لیٹر ہے۔

ٹماٹر 43.09 فیصد مہنگا ہوا، پیاز41.13 ، آلو6.32 ،انڈے3.43 ، لہسن2.23 ،خشک دودھ 1.53فیصد،دال ماش1.12،سگریٹ2.26 اور ایل پی جی1.95 فیصد مہنگی ہوئی۔

گزشتہ ہفتے حساس قیمتوں کے اعشاریہ کے لحاظ سے سالانہ بنیادوں پر 17 ہزار 732روپے ماہانہ تک آمدنی رکھنے والے طبقے کیلئے مہنگائی کی شرح 37.54فیصد، 17 ہزار 733روپے سے 22 ہزار 888روپے والے طبقے کیلئے 43.51فیصد، 22 ہزار 889روپے سے 29 ہزار 517 روپے ماہانہ والے طبقے کیلئے 41.97فیصد، 29 ہزار 518روپے سے 44ہزار 175 روپے ماہانہ والے طبقے کیلئے 41.90فیصد جبکہ 44 ہزار 176روپے ماہانہ سے زائد آمدنی رکھنے والے طبقے کیلئے مہنگائی کی شرح 45.28فیصدرہی۔
